About Jules
My name is Jules and I believe that Yoga provides not just increased physical well-being through increased flexibility, strength and stamina, but also mental well-being, giving you a space where you can nourish yourself by being in the moment. I specialise in teaching beginners and believe strongly that Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or ability.

About the lesson

My lessons start with breathing exercises to allow the body to settle into the practice. I follow this with a warm up which merges into Yoga sequences building towards more challenging asanas. The session ends with cooling down postures and a Nidra where students are invited to lie down and relax with a guided meditation. I have suitable music playing throughout.
