About Anzhela

I am Anzhela Ilieva and I have passion to yoga techniques for over 5 years. I completed 200 hours TTP yoga course for few reasons. Firstly, because it helps to get my balance back after panic attacks and keeping the normal level of my thyroid hormones. Secondly, because it giving me more mental strength, focus and a great concentration, especially after morning breathing practice. I highly appreciate and recommend daily practice for more peaceful and harmonious living.

About the lesson

Having different approach depends on the individual needs or interest. Working 1-to-1 or it can be in the group Mobile, so can travel and do personal session/s. Active listening to the needs of the clients and thinking to offer the best in the specific case.

In person first free session which goes beyond our usual set up meeting. Felt so opened to talk about philosophy of life in a nice friendly way. Good to get out of comfort zone and meet new, different people and to hear different perspectives :))
