About Helena
I am currently studying Quantum Physics at UQ, but have worked in cancer genomic research as well as research in AI.
I am incredibly passionate about teaching as I believe everyone is capable of excelling, provided they are able to receive the right support.
My goal in life is to share my excitement about knowledge with people and remove the stigma of STEM subjects that makes them feel inaccessible to students who don't naturally learn in the way they are taught in school.
I am a Blue Card holder (Working With Children Check).

Understanding how different students process information and learn is what drives me. I am passionate about teaching students in a way tailored to them so that they can enjoy the process of learning and feel proud of themselves.
I have experience tutoring students studying both IB and QCE, years 10-12.
My tutoring is designed to help both students who are struggling to keep up in class, as well as gifted students who are looking for a challenge.
Lessons are typically 1-1.5 hours long, depending on the student's requirements.
