About Chloe
I’m a female tutor and I’m 25 years old, and I have 8 years of experience teaching JC Chem and Bio. I graduated from NTU with a degree (Hons) in Chemistry and Biological Chemistry with a full term scholarship. I also previously studied in RVHS through the IP programme and scored straight As for my A levels for all my subject, including H2 Chem and H2 Bio.
I have a 85-90% A/B rate for my students who have taken their A levels, where about 85% of my students have gotten A/Bs for Chem and 90% of my students have gotten A/Bs for Bio.
As part of tutoring, I use my notes from RVHS to supplement my students’ notes and to help address various concepts.

- Typical lesson: we go through questions the student has regarding concepts and tutorial questions and if there's time, we go through extra questions that I'll provide. If needed (based on my judgement of student's understanding and student's request), I will teach or reteach concepts.
- I am a very patient teacher so I will be very willing to answer any questions and repeat my answers, to ensure that my students fully understand what I’m teaching.
- I like to use everyday examples to explain concepts to students because from my experience, I find that they understand them faster and more easily.
- I am available outside of class timings to answer the student's questions via Whatsapp.
