About Ravi
Since 2008 I have been providing still photography for engagements, weddings, birthdays, family portraits, corporate events, religious celebrations and even cake smash portraits! Taking photos was a hobby and a very natural part of growing up for me. Whilst I am mainly self-taught, I also hold a Diploma in Wedding Photography and have been mentored by other wedding photographers. Clients love my approach - just see all the fabulous reviews on Yell. I would love to impart some of my knowledge and help people like you take better photos. I am a firm believer in quality over quantity - there's no point taking dozens of snaps and hoping for the best if you can apply the skills in getting it right first time.

A good picture is worth a thousand words, but it also doesn't need to be complicated. I will help you get the basics right and taking better photos every time without overwhelming you on the technical side of things. Workshop details:
• Lesson Duration: Each lesson lasts 1.5 -2 hours so pease book 2 hours as a minimum to provide ample time for discussion, hands-on practice, and review.
• Camera Controls: Learn which settings to adjust and what camera mode to select, depending on the situation and your creative goals.
• Composition: Master the art of composing shots for both landscapes and portraits, ensuring each photo has visual impact.
• Focus & Sharpness: Understand how to achieve crisp, clear focus for perfectly sharp images every time.
• Understanding Light: Learn how to recognise different lighting conditions and use them to your advantage, whether you’re shooting indoors or outdoors.
Optional extra (add 1 hour to your booking): Constructive Review: Prior to the lesson send me 5-10 of your photos so that we can discuss what’s working well and where improvements can be made.
No matter your skill level, you'll walk away with practical knowledge you can apply immediately to improve your photos.
