I am a highly experienced pianist with over 14 years of experience. I also possess RCM certifications and a diploma in performance and teaching from the London College of Music.

am equipped to teach individuals ranging in age from 5 to 80 years, up to the RCM level 8 standard.

When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?
When I was just five years old, my parents took me to a family friend's house for a gathering. At that event, I was introduced to their daughter who played the piano exceptionally well. At that very moment, I knew deep down what my passion was going to be.
What makes you passionate about your subject?
The piano is a source of joy and relaxation for me, and I cannot imagine my life without it. When I play the piano, I feel my stress drifting away, and I am able to express myself in a way that words cannot. I love the challenge of tackling complex pieces and the feeling of accomplishment that comes with mastering them.
What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?
As a piano tutor, I derive great satisfaction from helping my students develop their skills and achieve their musical goals. It's rewarding to see their progress as they learn new techniques and master difficult pieces. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion for the piano with others, and I find it fulfilling to see my students grow in confidence and ability as they develop their musical talents. Tutoring piano allows me to make a positive impact on others and inspire a love for music.
Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you? Please explain.
Lang Lang is a virtuoso pianist who has inspired me with his extraordinary talent and passion for music. He reminds me that anything with hard work and dedication is possible.
What are your keys to success?
The keys to piano success are consistent practice, discipline, patience, and a love for music. Consistent practice is necessary to develop muscle memory, increase technical proficiency, and master complex pieces. Discipline is required to main a regular practice routine and to set goals. Patience is essential as mastery takes time. Finally, a love for music is crucial, as it provides the inspiration and motivation needed to power through difficult phases.
