About Susan
I have been a substitute teacher for 5 years now.
Anywhere from 3 to 5 students different grades, etc. Grades are from kindergarten to 7th grade. As a substitute you gain and learn to become a good role model for them, and to keep them on task, while still having fun.

I use the techniques thru the book to teach the children and eacheck child has a different learning technique, so much of this is based on the students abilities.
