I know that many of you might have experienced sports classes that felt repetitive, boring, or only focused on the most athletic students. I want to start by telling you this class will be different. My approach is centered around making sure everyone sees progress, feels included, and actually enjoys learning. Instead of just running drills or repeating routines, we’ll focus on personal development, goal-setting, and building confidence not just physical performance. I am gonna show how this class will be different * You’ll set your own goals and track your own progress. * Activities will be varied, fun, and built around teamwork, creativity, and strategy — not just competition. * You’ll get consistent feedback to help you improve at your own pace. * I’ll ask for your input regularly to make sure the class works for *you*, not just for me. This isn’t about being the best — it’s about becoming better than you were yesterday, feeling more confident, and learning skills that help in life, not just in sports.
