About Rakesh
I have 12 years experience in implementation, design and development. I have worked extensively on open source languages C++/Java, OAAD and design pattern. I have good control on JavaScript .I have good control on Dev-ops, Cloud Management(AWS) and Hadoop.
I have more 5 years experience in total working on Big data project using Hadoop.
I have worked on multiple OSS-CEM-Customer experience management projects. The data was coming from Network elements, and it was
parsed by the mediation layer, and was stored in flat files. From here, using ETL was transferred to HDFS DBs. The Hive was used for structured data and HBase was used for storing the unstructured and semi-structured data.

I have been teaching student at different level throughout my carrer. First, I identify the intended
audience, and , plan for the course material. Students can be beginners, intermediate and advanced level
and the training material is based on that. If training is requested on some specific topic, and the focus
is based on that topic.
Classroom training is preferred and most effective, but if the students are not phycially present at single
location, it can conducted over web session effectively by giving more exampled and assigments
