About Adam

I know what it’s like to lose your footing in life — and I know what it takes to rebuild it.

I went from homelessness, addiction, and self-destruction to living with discipline, clarity, and purpose. I rebuilt my life through structure, accountability, and daily action — not inspiration alone. That process is what I now coach.

Today, I live sober, focused, and driven, and I work professionally at a high level — including appearing on national television. My coaching isn’t about hype or feel-good talk. It’s about changing patterns, building self-trust, and creating momentum where there’s been stagnation.

I work with people who feel stuck, scattered, or disconnected from their potential — people who know they’re capable of more but don’t know how to access it consistently.

Together, we focus on:
• Building discipline and structure
• Breaking destructive habits and thought loops
• Clarifying direction and purpose
• Creating sustainable routines that actually stick

I coach from lived experience. I’ve been at the bottom, and I’ve done the work to climb out. If you’re ready to take responsibility for your life and move forward with clarity and confidence, I’ll help you get there.

About the lesson

My lessons are for people who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and start building real momentum in life. I coach from lived experience, not theory — because I’ve been at rock bottom, addicted, and homeless, and I’ve rebuilt my life from the ground up.

Every session is structured, practical, and action-oriented. We work together to:
• Break destructive habits and thought patterns
• Build discipline, accountability, and mental clarity
• Identify your goals and create a step-by-step plan to achieve them
• Develop sustainable routines that stick, even when life gets chaotic

I guide you through the process, challenge your comfort zones, and hold you accountable. You’ll leave each session with clarity, confidence, and tangible action steps — not just inspiration.

Whether you’re struggling to create structure, stuck in negative patterns, or simply looking to elevate your life, I’ll help you rebuild your mindset, habits, and daily practices so you can thrive.
