About Amy
I have led volunteer groups in Guatemala and helped American citizens interact and engage with small village Guatemalans.
I have worked with Spanish speakers in my local community.
I have taught classes at elementary school level for ages K through five
I homeschooled my own children for three years. My youngest child is currently in a Spanish immersion school.
I like to have fun and enjoy language development, whether it’s reading, writing or speaking or listening.
I can adapt my lesson style to something that is laid-back or something that is highly structured.

Through the use of immersion and visual aids let’s have some fun lacking in your Spanish so that you’re ready to use it when the time arises. Whether you’re preparing for a vacation or you need some help with practice outside of class or you have other goals in mind I’m here to support. You have fun and build a lasting connection, direct you to resources and encourage your development of being bilingual or at least comfortable having important basic conversations.
