About Julie
I have professionally tutored before at my educational institution, UCO. I was an Accounting 1 and 2 tutor for a favorite professor of mine’s classes. I was able to adapt quite quickly to best practice strategies to implement in my tutoring style. I very much organize my lesson plans and prepare them prior. I will also give the student a “game plan” spreadsheet with to-do lists, goals, grades, etc.

I try to make learning fun! Therefore, I use visual aid heavily in instruction. I myself am a visual learner. However, I know there are other types of learners out there. With that being said, I provide personalized tutoring approaches based on the needs of my student. I prioritize learning while incorporating smiles and laughs to make the material stick!
