About Julian
I have a bachelor's degree in linguistics, and have minored in Jewish Studies, philosophy, and cultural studies. I have given lectures and lead discussions in some of these areas, and have also done research. Though this is my formal education, I have also spent years studying these things independently, particularly philosophy, religion, and linguistics.

I try to be as democratic as possible and try my best to engage the people I am teaching. I like to have the students have a say in what it is exactly we are doing, so that their specific needs can be met, and so that they can be interested and present while we are with each other.
