About Tem
I have experience teaching and helping students with math, ranging from 7-year-olds to 20-year-old college students. I believe I have developed the ability to find the right approach for learning complex questions and equations. I focus on asking ‘why’ and ‘how,’ because finding the correct answer is not always the most important part. What matters more is understanding how you arrive at the answer and why it is correct.

I believe that everyone has a different way of learning. Some students benefit from repetition until they master a topic, while others prefer to focus on understanding it first before moving on. For younger students, especially those in middle and elementary school, I use different approaches, such as game-based methods. For example, at that age, it is crucial to engage students rather than having them do the same task repeatedly. Offering small prizes and incorporating light competitions also motivates them to learn more.
