About Eli
While I have struggled with math in the past, I've found a way to really enjoy solving problems and continually grow by learning new rules and functionalities of math. I have worked hard to learn tips and tricks for math study habits and I would be happy to share them.

I have taught math at local middle schools at Bates and have experience working with youth as a camp counselor. I strive to create an environment where I help students fully understand the math that they are completing at a fundamental level so that building upon these lessons is easier. Strict memorization is not something I encourage as it distances students from continued growth and often discourages enjoyment of math.
