About Rory
I am a recent graduate of New York University Shanghai, and I am very passionate about my education. I enjoy teaching children and have experience coaching youth sports teams, leading Girl Scout troops, and nannying. I have overcome many struggles during my education and have developed helpful skills that I utilize daily. Tutoring is not just about understanding a concept, but also building tools that will help you master it on your own.

I am an understanding and patient tutor with a lot of previous experience coaching children and leading Girl Scout troops. I prefer to give the student control over our lessons, focusing on tackling the areas of concern they chose in that given session. I think this is important, as it makes sure the student is in the correct mindset to learn and improve efficiently. I hold lessons for children in elementary and middle school.
