About Isabel
I am a recent graduate from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts where I spent the past 3 years studying Music (Songwriting and Performance), learning from experienced industry professionals. I am currently a beginner teacher looking to teach all ages and levels in singing, piano, music theory and songwriting. I have always been into music from a young age and knew it was what I wanted to do. I did piano and singing lessons for a few years, earning my grades in each discipline including music theory. Alongside that I am a singer/songwriter myself who has been performing and recording original music for the past 5 years. By being a teacher I am looking to share the skills I have learnt and I am still learning on my musical journey.

I offer singing, music theory, piano and songwriting lessons to all abilities and ages, whether you're just starting out or building your confidence on stage. My teaching style is relaxed, engaging, supportive and will be tailored towards each student. For singing we will focus on the basics, breath control, pitch and tone. In piano it will be developing from the basics again e.g. reading music, understanding rhythm and good technique. I will also help students understand music theory in an understandable way to support their instrument learning. I will be able to offer support in songwriting and arranging as well. Lessons will run between 30-60 minutes. Whilst I'm at the beginning of my teaching journey I've spent the last 7 years having singing and piano lessons and have been playing gigs of covers and original music for the last 5 years. I'm always looking to support students and create a fun, relaxed space where they can explore music.
