As a daughter of two teachers, I have always understood that everyone can learn differently. I like to meet my students halfway and determine how they best learn so that I can provide the best educational experience for them personally.
I have worked with elementary, middle school, and high school students. I like to start of with a base knowledge test to determine areas that could be improved, so that I have an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, translating that to the work they complete for school.
It’s important to understand the fundamentals of a subject and it is important that students understand basic skills to begin to master new skills.
