I am a recent high school graduate who has informally, but successfully, tutored my classmates in both math and science. I am able to explain concepts in easy-to-grasp words and use real-life examples to help you grasp the concept or concepts you're struggling with.

I often connect my students hobbies and interests to whatever subject they are learning, like connecting sports to probability with win/lose odds or to physics with ball trajectory. I don't judge my students questions and try to keep the lesson atmosphere casual and friendly.
Most lessons start with the student sharing what they are learning in class and what they are struggling on. From there I help them grasp the subject using analogies and real life examples, as well as giving them practice problems if they haven't received them from their teacher.
