About Kaya
Hi I’m Kaya! I recently completed the International Baccalaureate and was awarded 43 points, with one of my higher level subjects being maths, and I am now going to read PPE at Oxford. I have tutored for a few years, and have found students have appreciated being taught by a younger tutor who has recently been in their shoes. It means my resources are up to date, I can communicate effectively with my students and I have a clear understanding of how to help them overcome challenges they may be facing.

GCSE maths- the bane of so many students' academic lives!
This subject which appears incredibly daunting initially is actually fairly manageable once you have learnt to spot the patterns in question types, careful methodology and improved your confidence. I help students in all three aspects to help them reach their full potential.
My lessons typically last an hour, as we focus not only on individual topics in the course but also the bigger topic of maths holistically. This helps equip students to tackle some of the more challenging questions and reach those top grades!
