About Dylan

I am a recent A Level Psychology graduate with a genuine passion for Psychology and helping others succeed. Having recently completed my own Psychology studies, I understand the challenges students can face and the importance of having a tutor who can explain concepts clearly and make learning enjoyable.

I provide friendly, patient and professional tutoring tailored to each student’s individual needs. Whether you are struggling with a particular topic, preparing for exams, or simply looking to improve your confidence and grades, I will work with you to identify areas for improvement and create lessons that suit your learning style.

My aim is to create a comfortable and encouraging environment where students feel confident asking questions and developing their understanding. I can support students with key topics, psychological studies, research methods, revision techniques and exam preparation.

I am committed to providing reliable, well-prepared and engaging lessons, and I will always adapt my approach to help each student get the most from their sessions.

My tutoring is primarily aimed at GCSE Psychology students aged 14–16, regardless of their current ability or target grade.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is friendly, supportive and personalised to each student. I focus on breaking down difficult Psychology concepts into simple, easy-to-understand explanations, while using active recall, exam-style questions, discussion and real-life examples to help students understand and retain information.

Lessons typically last 1 hour, giving enough time to cover new content, practise applying knowledge and address any areas the student is struggling with. I can also adapt lesson length depending on the student’s needs.

As a recent A Level Psychology graduate, I have first-hand experience of studying Psychology and preparing for examinations. This allows me to offer a relatable perspective and share revision and exam techniques that helped me throughout my studies.

My lessons are aimed primarily at GCSE Psychology students, typically aged 14–16, of all abilities. Whether a student is struggling with a particular topic, wants to improve their exam technique, needs help with revision, or simply wants to feel more confident in Psychology, I tailor each lesson to their individual goals and learning style.
