About Erin
Hi I’m Erin!
I’m a recent USC alumna (fight on!) and I have some VEEEERRRRYYYY interesting hobbies. Some being: model plane building, anything math related, comics/mangas, anime and K-pop. I’m a big White Sox fan, mainly because I’m from Chicago, and I love that Windy City cuisine (there’s nothing like it).
My love of math started at a young age and I’m just hoping to help young people feel the same I do….eventually (lol).

I’m more of a hands on type of learner so I tend to teach that way. Most people like to be shown exactly what you mean, and different ways of solving a problem. I typical lesson plan for me is finding out what you know/don’t know and seeing how we can bridge any gaps together.
I’ve tutored for almost 10 years and actually got my first teaching gig for middle school recently. I mainly tutor grades 4 -12, but seeing as though I got a degree in mathematics, I’ve had my fair share of tutoring my college peers. ASK ME ANYTHING :)
