I am graduating from medical school this year at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine; I will begin my internal medicine residency at Vanderbilt in July 2017.
I graduated undergrad from Vanderbilt University in 2013 magna cum laude with a 4.9 GPA. I achieved a 2300 in the SAT and 38 on the MCAT.
I love teaching and plan to do so throughout my medical career. I have a knack for understanding where a student is struggling and helping him/her to truly understand a subject rather than just get by with formulas. I have tutored math (algebra, trig, stats), science (physics, chem, bio), reading, as well as SAT and MCAT prep. I love tutoring and can adjust my teaching style to fit your needs.
-I have tutored students from elementary school to college for the past 8 years in subjects including reading, math, SAT prep.
-I was the course instructor for an Examkrackers MCAT prep class in 2012.
-I taught first-year medical students during my 3rd year.
-I mentored a group of public health students
