I aim to truly understand the student I have in front of me, for that allows for the most individualized tutoring. I understand how to ask questions and use recall in a way that helps students to thuroughly think through the problem or process at hand, rather than simply provide the answer. I am regimented and aim to achieve as much in a tutoring session while still ensuring complete understanding of the material.
