About Bennett
Ottawa born and raised with a lifetime passion for sports and fitness, I spent over a decade in competitive baseball before shifting my focus to endurance training that has included a marathon and a triathlon, along with gym-based bodybuilding workouts.
The previous two years I have been completing my Master's degree in Edinburgh, Scotland, before which I spent over 4 years working as a personal trainer as well as a kinesiologist in Ottawa.
As I pursue my career in injury rehabilitation and physiotherapy, I look forward to continuing to help people reach their fitness goals and remaining active in the personal training community!

Hi there! My name is Bennett and I am a newly graduated physiotherapist with a background in elite sport coaching, personal training and fitness coaching.
Sport and fitness have always been my passion, and so as I begin my career in physio I want to stay active in the fitness community as well.
The first session is devoted to learning about you as a person, your history with fitness, motivations for wanting to make a change, and a range of other lifestyle factors that will help me adapt a training plan to you. With this information I will work with you to create a sustainable fitness plan that will help you reach whatever your goal may be.
As a personal trainer who had to adapt to the COVID-19 lockdowns I have plenty of experience working virtually with clients and adapting to their workout needs. Whether you want live workouts with active coaching, or a more advice-based approach with personalised workout plans that you can take to the gym, I am ready to work with you to see results.
Sessions will run one hour and can be as frequent or infrequent as you see fit.
