I've recently completed my Masters in UCL for Clinical Neuroscience and have done a BSc with Hons (Applied Psychology) at Durham University prior. I obtained a Distinction for my masters and a upper 2:1 for my bachelors. Hence I would be able to tutor students at a BSc or GCSE level for psychology, neuroscience or statistics. However, I'm not familiar with A-level syllabus as I've completed the International Baccalaureate during which I've obtained 40 out of 45 points awardable. I obtained a grade 7 for IB physics and am able to tutor students on the subject.
With regards to my experience in tutoring, I've done some informal tutoring for maths at the GCSE level and have cultivated a strong professional relationship with the students and was able to produce improvement in their grades. I'm also very passionate in engaging the student whilst teaching. I'm keen to tutor in a manner that helps the student fully understand the content and form intelligent opinions of their own. I believe I'll make a passionate, patient and innovative tutor!
