I treat everyone of my students as an individual. I like to spend some time getting to know how they learn best and addressing their concerns about education. People typically fight in silence to defend their pride, based on my personal experience. By overcoming these type of issues I try to establish a comfortable environment in which my pupils feel free to be upfront about their academic deficiencies. A typical lesson would be interactive, as I feel that students learn best when they are actively participating rather than when they are given a lecture.
