About Carole
I have been teaching Literature and Writing courses at the college level for twenty-seven years. I completed by Master's degree at Clark University in Worcester, MA, with a focus on American Literature and Studies. I completed all but the dissertation component of my Ph. D. in American Literature at the University of Rhode Island. I was told by my Dissertation Committee Chair that my comprehensive exams were some of the best he had ever read. I taught a variety of courses as a full professor at Flathead Valley Community College in Kalispell, MT for 21 years, where I consistently earned positive student reviews due to my content knowledge, presentational style, and sense of humor.
