About Jaideep

I am a third year student at the University of Manitoba ,willing to be able to teach what I have learnt and learning methods and ways to keep yourself engaged and enthusiastic to your daily growth.I would love to provide developmental mindset to my student and a scientific mindset to understanding all kinds of vast concepts.I have not yet entered my professional career but working towards it. I have a GPA of around 4 and a good command over communication skills and I am able to understand the phobias students have and children’s insight.

About the lesson

I base my teaching on an interactive learning along with reducing the homework given to children and teach them how to ways to study for a test or how to think instead of what to think.Whenever a child has a phobia on a particular course ,I tend to give him/her the easiest of questions and if still not successful ,I will als him to try to solve something easy and related but not a part of the course.Then usually connect the ideas he knows and his/her with the experiences of succeeding in the course they are good at or interested in .There are more ways to boost a student’s confidence. Some of the approaches include letting them think of examples and give them more examples to that so that they are able to connect it to the real world. Most importantly they should be told about the applications of the particular course they study and how can they fulfill their life goals if they study that course or the others.It is crucial to emphasize the importance of each course they study at school and how it relates to anything they wish to go in or become ,even a musician or a dancer. Since about 90% all professionals in any field have to pass high school to be able to professionally grow in their passion.In today’s era, secondary education is a minimum that is required .That could not necessarily mean formal education but knowing most of what a high school alumni is expected to know.
