About Colleen
I am a certified yoga teacher in vinyasa flow (from yogahaven) and restorative yoga (from triyoga). I am currently studying to become a yoga therapist with Minded on their 550 HR + Yoga Therapist Training. I expect to complete this training in August 2019.

Our sessions will focus on connecting the mind and the body with breath work and posture alignment. I especially love working with people who are in recovery or have a family member/ friend who is in recovery and would like to learn ways to reduce stress and anxiety from their lives.
