About Ava
I am very patient with young kids. I know how scary exploring the water can be, so I think it's important not to rush this big step. I am a graduating senior and am signed to compete for UC Merced's Women's Water Polo Team. I have been swimming competitively for 10 years now and have seen all the ups and downs of the sport while still learning along the way.

I am Red Cross certified as a WSI and Learn to Swim Instructor. A typical lesson plan goes follows the Red Cross Learn to Swim levels 1-6 curriculum, for more information, visit the Red Cross Learning Center Website. I do have an eye for water polo technique if you or your child is also interested in that (working on getting an accommodated space).
