About Allie
With 6+ years of classroom experience with high schoolers, working with students is truly where my passion lies. The saying goes "if you've met one child with ADHD, you've met one child with ADHD." Teachers working with these students should love the process of finding out what works well for each student. I do not believe your work completion or grades are a result of lack of effort or care. Let's figure out how to navigate this neurotypical world to make life easier while you're still in school, and once you're out.

Executive function coaching tailored to your needs, including breaking down large assignments into manageable steps, creating systems to track deadlines and materials, and developing personalized organizational strategies that actually stick. I help students build practical skills in time management, priority setting, and task initiation—the skills that traditional tutoring often overlooks but that make the biggest difference in academic performance.
My approach recognizes that ADHD brains work differently, not deficiently (I would know, I have one too). We work together to create structured systems that work with your natural thinking patterns rather than against them. Sessions include hands-on practice with planning tools, study techniques designed for ADHD learners, and accountability support that feels collaborative rather than punitive.

Allie is an exceptional tutor and learning specialist who brings both skill and genuine care to her work with students. I had the opportunity to observe her working with a student who struggles with academic confidence and processing skills. Her patience and insight with this student were remarkable. She helped the student develop personalized strategies to better understand the material and approach assessments in a way that truly works for her. Allie is the best at what she does, and I would confidently recommend her to anyone seeking meaningful academic support!
