About Cara
Living in the US for 13 years shaped my perspective on language acquisition. I built a system that gets adults from beginner to conversational in 1 year and B2 exam ready in 2 years. My instruction covers INTERVIEW PREPARATION, ACCENT AND INTONATION, and CONVERSATIONAL FLUENCY while integrating CULTURAL CONTEXT.
Pronunciation, role play, and dialogue practice serve as the core of my approach. Listening practice, reading comprehension, verb conjugation, and business French are also central. Please reach out if you would like to discuss your goals.

Language learning happens best when the sounds of a new tongue replace the static of daily life. The rhythm of a French sentence should feel as natural as breathing once we move past the mechanics.
Because I hold an MA French Studies from Yale University, I focus on building a robust foundation for all my students. Before we build the plan, we will conduct a diagnostic level test to assess your needs.
