About Aimée
I am a dance artist, teacher of oriental dance and creative movement, and an art therapist. I have been practicing pilates for almost 20 years, and yoga is part of my daily practices. I am also a visual artist and graphic designer. I offer individual or group lessons, as well as workshops. My method is inclusive and adapted to various audiences. (Children, teenagers, adults, elderly, disabled) I attach great importance to the personal development of my students.

I see dance and movement as therapeutic tools opening the way to well-being and physical and psychological balance. I have been practicing pilates for almost 20 years and have incorporated them into my methodology for learning dance movement. With kindness and pedagogy, in a relaxed and judgment-free atmosphere, I invite you to reconnect with your body, to initiate yourself to the ancient art of oriental dance or to deepen your knowledge. At the pace that suits you, we explore the technique of movements, combine them in sequences, then in choreographies. I attach great importance to body awareness, posture, the anatomy of the movements and to the individuality of each person. a
