About Anna
As a highly experienced Senior Nurse within the NHS, I understand the complexities and challenges you may be navigating every day.
During my 11 years in nursing, I have experienced burnout, blocked progression, toxic workplaces and loss of meaning in my role that once brought so much purpose in my life.
Feeling stuck in survival mode, I decided to turn my challenges into my purpose, and retrained as a Burnout and Strategic Life Coaching Practitioner.

Over the years, I have mentored and coached many NHS staff and colleagues and through this, I have discovered my passion for coaching and retrained as a Burnout & Strategic Life Coaching Practitioner.
My mission as a Coach and Founder of Burnout Healing Hub, is to provide the support to Nurses and Healthcare Professionals that is needed more than ever in the current care systems that constantly ask of us for more, with less.
I want to support fellow professionals to overcome the chronic exhaustion, renew their sense of identity, passion and potential, in or out of nursing.
I provide a safe and confidential space to inform our coaching relationship. My coaching framework is nervous system informed, allowing you to recover your body and mind, process workplace trauma and align with who you are at the core and what truly matters to you.
I offer 1:1 hour long sessions on ad-hoc basis or 12-week Burnout Reset Programme and 2-session Nervous System Audit.
As part of the coaching relationship and our work together, I offer Free 30-min Consultation to ensure that I am the best fit to support your needs and help you gain clarity to which Coaching approach is best for you.
