Prior to any stretching a Pre-Stretch Consultation is required. This allows the instructor to learn about the individual and create a sequence to follow specific for them. For a 60 minute session, we'll typically do 15 minutes warming up, followed by 35 minutes of our peak portion, cooling down for the remaining 10 minutes. Seated 15 minute guided meditations can be added on as a service prior to or after the session.
I am recently 200HR certified. I’ve been doing practicing yoga and meditation on and off for several years. I’ve been conducting group and personal yoga along with meditation sessions for the past 6-months. I enjoy working with other light beings. My goal is to help others achieve their greatest potential through means of self love and self care.
