About Lutricia
Professionally, I have been a Registered Nurse for over 5 years. While doing nursing school, I was a Boys and Girls Club counselor for two years and a high school mentor for a year and a half. During my junior and senior years of high school, I was also a Peer Assistance Leader. I acted as a "big sister" to elementary and middle school students.
Though I do not have any formal training, apart from my nursing degree, I have utilized my knowledge from working and life itself to help direct others towards their own path of their greatest selves.
Life can be a tricky to navigate with so many complexities in the way. I'm here to help shine a light towards your own authenticity - without the expectations of society, your parents, or anyone else. You don't need permission to be anyone but yourself. The love and light have always been inside of you, you just gotta make space for them to shine through.

I believe that life can be approached in a myriad of ways. Unfortunately, society tells us that we should follow a particular formula in order to be "successful." Society's version of success involves a pocketful of money and a white picket fence. I believe that our own version of success and happiness are driven by our passions and purpose. This starts with an open mind, open heart, and a positive mindset! With the use of cognitive behavior therapy, we can see outside of our perceptions.
