About Ashish
first thing first i am an registered pharamacist, and i practise my profession very ethically. so no use of any PERFORMANCE ENHANCING DRUGS. we are all for natural bodybuilding. Diet and everything will be covered and that too which you can follow. not some BS diet that looks good on paper and is hard to be consistent with. exercises will be very specific to your body goals and we will take inputs regularly and see what can be done to improve in every front of the program.

classes will be online. one on one sessions. doubt sessions. we will work from the basics and then move to the next level. its not just about bodybuilding, but building the mental frame to hold onto it as well. mobility exercises will be part of the regimen, and some blend of meditation and breathing exercises as well. its about health, physical and mental. lets work together to be strong and healthy individual. we can only help others when we are strong in ourselves.
