About Elizabeth
The taste for teaching has been the main reason why I decided to share the knowledge I have in the area of health, self-care, mental health. Likewise, I am interested that anyone has these skills at their disposal to put them into practice in the different social circles in which they develop, such as at home, in their community, in oneself.
