I’m a certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, Fascia Fitness Trainer (Fascia Training Academy), and Stretching Coach—now also certified in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga through Doula Canada 🤍

I specialize in mobility, flexibility, and fascia-focused movement, blending anatomy, breathwork, and personalized practices. My training includes Vinyasa, Yin, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Science of Stretching, and Science of Breath to offer a holistic approach that supports every body, at any stage.

Through one-on-one online sessions and regular check-ins, I help clients release tension, improve range of motion, and build functional movement—wherever they are. Let’s unlock your body’s full potential for a vibrant, balanced life

Whether you want to practice yoga, increase your range of motion with stretching, or release tension through fascial movement—I’m here for you! I offer personalized practices tailored to your needs; just let me know how you feel, and I’ll design the sessions for you.

As a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, I also support you through the journey of pregnancy and postpartum—helping your body prepare for birth, recover after labor, and move with more ease and awareness.
