About Mackenzie
My name is Mackenzie. Yoga feels like my life purpose. Not simply just the asanas but having the opportunity to nurture change, healing and growth for individuals. Nothing feels better than a student coming up to me after class and telling me how positively my teaching has impacted them.

I’ve been teaching since 2020. I have a lot of unique techniques and methods when it comes to mindfulness and awareness if that is what you’re hoping to achieve.
I also have a deep interest in understanding anatomy and how the body works especially when it comes to yin yoga (traditional Chinese medicine) and working with meridians.
I am also well versed in holding space for those who are vulnerable. I’ve taught trauma-sensitive, as well as grief recovery yoga. I’d be very honoured to help guide someone who may need it, in whichever form that may be.
