About Mahum
I have been giving lessons for two years now, and therefore have taught many students. I taught 10 students at GCSE level last year, out of which 8 achieved a grade A, the other two achieving a grade B, pushed up from a grade D. Prior to tutoring privately, I worked with a company, tutors united, through which I received training for the job, from health and safety issues to dealing with the needs of each individual student.

Hi!
I am currently a first year student at KCL, studying Religion, Politics and Society. I have previously tutored in Maths, English and Scoiology and have a wide range of experience working with pupils of many different ages, in small groups or on an individual basis. Through this, I have also been told that my approach to teaching makes it enjoyable for my students. As mentioned, I work with all ages, and teach Maths and English from primary level through to GCSE level, while I also teach Sociology until A level.
Having completed all of these exams myself, I understand the stress of exams, and the pressure to do well. I believe I have the skills and experience necessary to help you achieve good grades and be successful in your exams!
