About Leo

I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 13 years of experience working with High School and College students. I am passionate about helping learners develop strong English skills through personalised and engaging lessons. I understand that each student has unique learning needs, and I adjust my teaching accordingly.

I create customised lesson plans that focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. I emphasise practical communication and real-world usage of English. I also help students improve academic English and classroom communication.

My teaching approach is friendly, structured, and supportive. I encourage students to participate actively and build confidence through regular practice. I provide consistent feedback and guidance to support improvement.

My unique strengths include patience, flexibility, and clear explanation. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel motivated to learn. My goal is to help students become confident, independent English users.

About the lesson

My teaching approach for ESL is clear, practical, and supportive. I focus on motivation, communication, creativity, and time management to help students learn English effectively and confidently.

Along with ESL, I also teach spoken English, grammar basics, vocabulary enhancement, pronunciation, business communication, email writing, and presentation skills. My goal is to help students communicate clearly in daily life and professional situations.
