About Jenny
I am an enthusiastic piano tutor with more than 15+ years of experience teaching students from school, college, and professional backgrounds. I strongly believe that learning piano should be enjoyable, structured, and meaningful.
My teaching methodology emphasises patience, clear communication, and personalised guidance tailored to each student’s goals and learning style. I focus on developing strong fundamentals such as finger technique, hand coordination, rhythm, and sight-reading, while gradually introducing advanced techniques.
I also teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm exercises to provide complete musical understanding. Lessons are creative, interactive, and engaging, often including song practice, improvisation, and performance opportunities. I help students develop confidence, consistency, and disciplined practice habits while fostering a lifelong love for music.

I follow a holistic teaching approach that emphasises technical mastery, creativity, and expressive musical growth. I believe piano learning should be engaging, inspiring, and tailored to each student’s unique needs. Through consistent communication, I understand the student’s goals, learning style, and challenges, allowing me to create lessons that are meaningful and effective.
Creativity is encouraged in all lessons. Students explore improvisation, experiment with melodies, and develop their own musical ideas, cultivating both confidence and originality. Flexibility ensures lessons are adapted according to the student’s pace, preferences, and skill level, making learning efficient and enjoyable.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training to provide a strong foundation in music.
This integrated approach ensures students develop technical proficiency, musical understanding, and expressive ability. My goal is to help students become confident, creative, and passionate musicians who enjoy learning and performing music for life.
