About Giulia

Teaching flute has allowed me to combine my love for music with my passion for education for the past 16 years. I work with students from school to college and create lessons that are engaging, well-organized, and easy to understand.

Every class focuses on breathing techniques, posture, finger coordination, scales, rhythm, tone production, and expressive playing. I believe every student can succeed through consistent practice and positive encouragement.

Watching students achieve their goals has been one of the biggest achievements of my teaching journey. Along with flute, I teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, music appreciation, and performance preparation.

My aim is to help students enjoy learning while becoming confident and skilled musicians.

About the lesson

I believe learning the flute should be a joyful experience that helps students grow in confidence, creativity, and discipline. My teaching methodology is based on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I create a friendly learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving step by step.

Every student has different goals, so I begin by understanding their experience and learning style. Lessons are personalized to develop breathing control, posture, finger coordination, note reading, rhythm, tone quality, and musical expression. As students progress, they learn scales, articulation, dynamics, improvisation, and performance techniques.

Motivation is a key part of every lesson. I encourage students with positive feedback and realistic goals that make practice enjoyable. Communication is simple, clear, and interactive. I explain every concept carefully and demonstrate techniques until students feel confident.

Integrity helps me build trust with every learner. I teach with honesty, patience, fairness, and respect while giving equal attention to every student. Creativity keeps lessons exciting through warm-up exercises, classical music, movie songs, folk melodies, rhythm games, ear training, listening activities, duet practice, and creative improvisation.

Besides flute, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, recorder, beginner keyboard, rhythm development, performance preparation, and music appreciation. My goal is to help students become skilled musicians who enjoy learning and continue growing throughout their musical journey.
