About Lauren
For the past 17 years, I have been teaching Guitar to school students, college students, and working professionals. Teaching music has given me the opportunity to work with learners from diverse backgrounds and help them achieve their dreams.
My teaching philosophy is centred on understanding the individual needs of each student. I believe that learning should be enjoyable, stress-free, and focused on steady progress. I provide personal attention and encourage students to learn at their own pace.
My lessons cover guitar basics, rhythm training, chord techniques, scales, music theory, and song performance. I focus on helping students develop strong foundations and practical skills.
Over the years, I have successfully guided many students who have participated in cultural programmes and public performances. Their confidence and progress are among my proudest achievements.
My goal is to inspire students to enjoy music and develop a lifelong connection with guitar.

My teaching approach is built on support, patience, and continuous improvement. I believe students perform better when they receive personal attention and encouragement.
I teach Guitar through a balanced combination of technical exercises and practical applications. Beginners develop strong fundamentals, while advanced learners explore improvisation, fingerstyle methods, and musical creativity.
I maintain clear communication with students and provide regular feedback to help them recognise their strengths and improve weaker areas. Practice routines and progress evaluations help students stay motivated.
Apart from Guitar, I also teach music theory, rhythm training, ear development, and music notation. These subjects strengthen students' overall musical understanding.
My mission is to help students enjoy music and become confident and disciplined musicians.
