About Martyn
I have a level 3 diploma to teach Hatha Yoga (YMCA and REPS recognized) and teach a range of Yoga styles including Hatha, Yin and some flow at beginner and intermediate levels. I also teach meditation and mindfulness techniques and am a qualified hypnotherapist with councelling skills.

I use a mixture of demonstration and observation with physical corrections where indicated - I prioritise the need for individual approaches over all else as each student's journey is different and personal to them. I provide a relaxed class which is fun and, at the same time, provides for development at the rate appropriate to the student.
