About Sital
I am a research nutritionist - educating medical students on health and diseases like diabetes and cancer care. I teach mental health and nutrition and general wellness as well. I do a range of modules and also look at the legislation of metal health care in the community.

On-line mostly and group lectures. I do coaching as well so my teaching is with practical exercises and using talking therapies to demonstrate academic points as well. I set exercises and practical tasks as well as research projects for students to learn from.
