I feel I can connect with my students as in the recent past I too was in their shoes when I was a fellow student myself.
I like to have in depth understanding of the requirements of my students first before sharing my experience and knowledge with them. I believe a good communication between a teacher and a student is a strong prerequisite for a good learning experience.
Focus Group Discussions when addressing a group and a one- on- one semi structured interaction would be my primary tools of channelising my teachings.
