About Rashmi
I am an engineer, researcher, dreamer and academic enthusiast open for biology/biotechnology background students. My research involves blending of nanotechnology with biotechnology. I have been awarded National fellowship by Government of India i.e. CSIR-SRF and have always been meritorious, bright, sincere and dedicated. I am an independent, confident, energetic, innovative and enigmatic person and believe that learning can be fun too. I also believe that a healthy mind is able to learn and develop more skill sets easily therefore I indulge in a lot of travelling and exploring new places, meeting new people and learning from their life experiences. This leads mind to be more adaptive, accepting and responsive. I am a big foodie and I like to relax myself with novels, music and coffee. And lastly, for being good at academics, one doesn't has to be a boring book worm, it has to be a combination of hard work with smart work. Ooohh... and did I tell you, I binge watch TV series too. GOT and Sherlock are my top favorites...!!

I am a very rational and logical person therefore my teaching methods are:
1) co-relating subject with real life examples
2) adding logic and concept to learning
3) test case studies
4) using more of graphics and visual aids for explanations
5) discussion Cum demonstration
6) Developing the concepts rather than mere only memorization of the topic
I believe in making my students comfortable by knowing their strengths and weaknesses and then paying individual attention to every student. I make interactive sessions with Students so that they do not feel afraid or pressurize and the teaching is fun, smooth and efficient. There will be guaranteed understanding of the content and concepts in easiest way possible.
